I couldn’t listen to this album for a period of months after one of my relationships.
Losing custody of music to a break-up is the worst. It’s almost worse than losing mutual friends and hang-outs because at least there’s hope that someone in that awkward situation will mature or let some shit go. But man, those songs don’t change. You get better but you don’t hear it from that angle you were at again.
