We are also excited to open submissions for Issue 5 in an expanded 5 categories: poetry, prose, translations, collaborations, and artwork. Submissions are open until Friday, July 19th.

dates and places for the NOD ALONG/HAIR PWR summer tour will be announced soon. we will be going to both coasts thanks to the unbelievable goodness located inside of people’s forests. we once sent an email to N that had a quote from Blanchot inside of it.

and N replied, “I feel excited and disturbed by what is better than light.”

we think we are beginning to see what that might be. or rather, we believe it is possible despite our recent use of the word ‘unbelievable’. it occurs to us, suddenly and while writing this, that heartbeats are a kind of harmless glue used to attach and reattach a badge.

a letter from B (though it was signed S, W, and M) arrived yesterday. it might be even closer to knowing something on the matter. ”Apples float and I would like to see them all crowded into a pond LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY.”
